The iOS missed call badge is designed to alert you when you've missed a call. However, sometimes, even after checking the missed calls, the badge remains. This can be due to a minor glitch in the system or sometimes because the 'All' and 'Missed' tabs in the 'Recents' section of the Phone app haven't been toggled.
The Solution:
To get rid of that stubborn missed call badge, follow these easy steps:
- Tap on the Phone icon on your iPhone's home screen.
- Once inside the Phone app, tap on 'Recents' at the bottom.
- At the top of the 'Recents' screen, you'll see two tabs: 'All' and 'Missed'. Tap on them to toggle between the two.
- Exit the 'Recents' screen.
